Inconel 600 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners demonstrate corrosion resistance by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 600 Pipes and Pipe Fittings superior tensile toughness, excellent fabricability, and brazeability. Inconel 601 Pipes and Pipe Fittings exhibit resistance to high temperature oxidation, remaining highly resistant to oxidation through 2200 degrees F, Resists spalling even under severe thermal cycling conditions, Highly immune to carburization, excellent creep rupture strength, Metallurgical stability, resistance to aqueous corrosion, superior mechanical strength, etc.
Inconel 625 Pipes and Pipe Fittings outstanding choice for marine applications owing to its high corrosion-fatigue strength, superior tensile strength, and resistant to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 625 Pipes and Pipe Fittings can be used in various applications like Chemical process equipment, Flue gas desulfurization scrubbers, Evaporators for wet-process phosphoric acid, etc. Incoloy 800 Pipes and Pipe Fittings are immune to oxidation and carburization in elevated temperature environments, exhibit outstanding resistance to corrosion in many acidic environments, outstanding resistance to many sulfur-containing atmospheres, high temperature toughness, superior creep rupture strength, etc.
Incoloy 825 Welding Wire exhibit superior resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, outstanding resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, satisfactory resistant to localized corrosion, very resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, good mechanical properties at both room and elevated temperatures up to approximately 1000 degrees F, permission for pressure-vessel use at wall temperatures up to degrees F.
