Hastelloy C22 Pipes and Pipe Fittings have excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1038 degrees C. Hastelloy C276 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners have outstanding immune to a huge range of chemical environments, immune to wet chloride gas, and hypochlorite solutions, exceptional resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as cupric chlorides, not prone to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and hence ideal for various chemical process equipment.
Hastelloy Welding Wire is commonly used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Welding Electrode is ideal for overlay and cladding of steels when improved resistance to corrosion is required. Hastelloy Welding Wire offers outstanding corrosion resistance in many harsh conditions and has superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.
