Inconel 600 Flanges and Forged Fittings demonstrate resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 600 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners superior tensile toughness, excellent fabricability, and brazeability. Inconel 601 Pipes and Pipe Fittings demonstrate resistance to high temperature oxidation, remaining highly resistant to oxidation through 2200 degrees F,immune to spalling even under severe thermal cycling conditions, Highly immune to carburization, outstanding creep rupture strength, Metallurgical stability, resistance to aqueous corrosion, high mechanical properties, etc.
Inconel 625 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners excellent choice for sea-water applications owing to its high corrosion-fatigue strength, superior tensile strength, and resistant to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 625 Pipes and Pipe Fittings can be used in wide range of applications like Chemical process equipment, Flue gas desulfurization scrubbers, Evaporators for wet-process phosphoric acid, etc. Incoloy 800 Flanges and Forged Fittings are resistant to oxidation and carburization in elevated temperature environments, exhibit superior resistance to corrosion in many acidic environments, outstanding resistance to many sulfur-containing atmospheres, elevated temperature strength, superior creep rupture strength, etc.
Incoloy 825 Welding Electrode exhibit outstanding resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, outstanding resistant to localized corrosion, very resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, outstanding mechanical characteristics at both room and high temperatures up to approximately 1000 degrees F, permission for pressure-vessel use at wall temperatures up to degrees F.
