Hastelloy C22 Flanges and Forged Fittings have superior pitting, stress corrosion cracking and oxidation resistance up to 1038 degrees C. Hastelloy C22 Pipes and Pipe Fittings have excellent immune to a wide variety of chemical environments, immune to wet chloride gas, and hypochlorite solutions, exceptional resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as ferric chlorides, not prone to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and hence ideal for many petrochemical process equipment.
Hastelloy Filler Wire is widely used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Welding Electrode is ideal for overlay and cladding of steels when improved corrosion resistance is required. Hastelloy Welding Wire offers superior resistance to corrosion in many harsh environments and is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
