Stainless Steel 904L Flanges and Forged Fittings has added molybdenum which offers it outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion by chlorides and outstanding resistance to reducing acids and especially its copper addition gives it useful resistance to corrosion to all concentrations of sulphuric acid.
