Nickel 200 Plates have excellent mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion. It also has excellent resistance to caustic alkalis at different concentrations and temperatures. They also have high corrosion resistance in de-aerated acid. Nickel 200 Pipes can be hot worked between 649 degrees C and 1232 degrees C. Nickel 200 Plates are utilized in various| variety of applications like Handling of foods, Transportation of chemicals, Rocket motors, Piping and equipment used in conjunction with alkalis, Aerospace and missile components, and also in structural applications where corrosion resistance is a prime consideration. Nickel 200 Plates have higher impact strength.
Nickel 201 Pipes are resistant to graphitization so it can be utilized at temperatures above 600 degrees F. Nickel 201 is utilized for construction of pressure vessels for service up to 1250 degrees F. Nickel 201 Plates has the excellent resistance to corrosion characteristics. Nickel Alloy 201 Plates are low carbon alloys and is not subject to embrittlement by intergranular precipitated carbon or graphite when held at temperatures of 315 degrees to 760 degrees C. Nickel 201 Pipes are the most practical products for service in chlorine or hydrogen chloride at elevated temperatures. Nickel 201 Plates are used in various| variety of applications like Manufacture and treating of sodium hydroxide, especially at a temperature above 300 degrees C, Production of viscose rayon, Production of soap, Analine hydrochloride manufacture and in the chlorination of aliphatic hydrocarbons such as methane and ethane, Production of vinyl chloride monomer, Reactors and pressure vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons.
At Bhansali Nickel Alloys our aim is to supply only excellent quality of the Nickel 200 Plates that are suitable for uses in several industries. Some of the tests include 100% radiography, macro/micro test, and flattening test, intergranular corrosion test, chemical analysis and Positive Material Identification testing.
