Hastelloy C276 Flanges and Forged Fittings have superior resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1038 degrees C. Hastelloy C22 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners have outstanding resistant to a huge range of chemical environments, immune to wet chloride gas, and chlorine dioxide solutions, excellent resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as cupric chlorides, not prone to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and therefore suitable for various chemical process applications.
Hastelloy Filler Wire is commonly used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Filler Wire is suitable for overlay and cladding of steels when improved resistance to corrosion is required.
