Inconel 600 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners exhibit resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 600 Pipes and Pipe Fittings superior tensile toughness, excellent fabricability, and brazeability. Inconel 601 Pipes and Pipe Fittings exhibit high temperature oxidation resistance, remaining highly immune to oxidation through 2200 degrees F, Resists spalling even under severe thermal cycling conditions, Highly immune to carburization, good creep rupture strength, Metallurgical stability, resistance to aqueous corrosion, superior mechanical properties, etc.
Inconel 625 Flanges and Forged Fittings excellent choice for marine applications because of its high corrosion-fatigue strength, superior tensile strength, and immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 625 Flanges and Forged Fittings can be used in various applications like Chemical process equipment, Flue gas desulfurization scrubbers, Evaporators for wet-process phosphoric acid, etc. Incoloy 800 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners are resistant to oxidation and carburization in high temperature environments, exhibit good resistance to corrosion in many acidic environments, outstanding resistance to many sulfur-containing environments, elevated temperature toughness, superior creep rupture strength, etc.
Incoloy 825 Welding Wire exhibit superior reducing and oxidizing acids resistance, good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, outstanding resistant to localized corrosion, superior resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, good mechanical properties at both room and elevated temperatures up to approximately 1000 degrees F, can be used for pressure vessels at wall temperatures up to degrees F.
