Inconel 600 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners demonstrate resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually resistant to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 600 Pipes and Pipe Fittings superior tensile strength, excellent fabricability, and brazeability. Inconel 601 Pipes and Pipe Fittings exhibit resistance to high temperature oxidation, remaining highly immune to oxidation through 2200 degrees F,immune to spalling even under severe thermal cycling conditions, Highly resistant to carburization, excellent creep rupture strength, Metallurgical stability, resistance to aqueous corrosion, superior mechanical strength, etc.
Inconel 625 Flanges and Forged Fittings outstanding choice for marine applications owing to its high corrosion-fatigue strength, high tensile strength, and immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 625 Flanges and Forged Fittings can be used in various applications like Chemical process equipment, Flue gas desulfurization scrubbers, Evaporators for wet-process phosphoric acid, etc. Incoloy 800 Pipes and Pipe Fittings are immune to oxidation and carburization in elevated temperature environments, exhibit outstanding corrosion resistance in many acidic environments, good resistance to many sulfur-containing environments, high temperature strength, high creep rupture strength, etc.
Incoloy 825 Welding Electrode exhibit superior resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, outstanding resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, satisfactory resistant to localized corrosion, very resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, superior mechanical characteristics at both room and high temperatures up to approximately 1000 degrees F, can be used for pressure vessels at wall temperatures up to degrees F.
