Hastelloy C22 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners have excellent pitting, stress corrosion cracking and oxidation resistance up to 1900 degrees F. Hastelloy C22 Flanges and Forged Fittings have excellent immune to a huge variety of chemical environments, resistant to wet chloride gas, and chlorine dioxide solutions, outstanding resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as cupric chlorides, resistant to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and therefore ideal for many petrochemical process applications.
Hastelloy Welding Electrode is commonly used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Filler Wire is ideal for overlay and cladding of steels when enhanced corrosion resistance is required. Hastelloy Welding Electrode offers outstanding resistance to corrosion in many harsh environments and is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
