Hastelloy C22 Flanges and Forged Fittings have excellent pitting, stress corrosion cracking and oxidation resistance up to 1900 degrees F. Hastelloy C22 Flanges and Forged Fittings have outstanding resistant to a huge range of chemical conditions, resistant to wet chloride gas, and chlorine dioxide solutions, excellent resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as cupric chlorides, not prone to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and therefore suitable for many petrochemical process equipment.
Hastelloy Welding Electrode is widely used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Filler Wire is suitable for overlay and cladding of steels when improved resistance to corrosion is required. Hastelloy Filler Wire offers outstanding resistance to corrosion in many harsh environments and is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
