Nickel 200 Pipes possess excellent mechanical characteristics and corrosion resistance. It also has excellent resistance to caustic alkalis at various concentrations and temperatures. They also have high corrosion resistance in de-aerated acid. Nickel 200 Pipes can be hot worked between 649 degrees C and 1232 degrees C. Nickel 200 Pipes are used in various| variety of applications such as Handling of foods, Transportation of chemicals, Synthetic fibers, Petrochemical Equipment, Aerospace Equipment, and also in structural applications where corrosion resistance is a prime consideration. Nickel 200 Plates have good strength and impact properties.
Nickel 201 Pipes are resistant to graphitization so it can be utilized at temperatures above 600 degrees F. Nickel 201 is utilized for manufacturing of pressure vessels for service up to 1250 degrees F. Nickel 201 Pipes has the outstanding resistance to corrosion characteristics. Nickel Alloy 201 Pipes are low carbon alloys and is not subject to embrittlement by intergranular precipitated carbon or graphite when held at temperatures of 600 degrees to 1400 degrees F. Nickel 201 Plates are the most practical products for operation in chlorine or hydrogen chloride at elevated temperatures.
