Hastelloy C22 Fasteners, Plates, and Round Bars have outstanding resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900 degrees F. Hastelloy C22 Flanges and Forged Fittings have excellent resistant to a wide range of chemical conditions, resistant to wet chloride gas, and hypochlorite solutions, outstanding resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as ferric chlorides, resistant to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and hence ideal for many petrochemical process applications.
Hastelloy Welding Electrode is commonly used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Welding Electrode is suitable for overlay and cladding of steels when enhanced resistance to corrosion is required. Hastelloy Welding Wire offers outstanding corrosion resistance in many harsh conditions and has superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.
