Nickel 200 Pipes have outstanding mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It also has excellent resistance to caustic alkalis at various concentrations and atmospheres. They also have high resistance to corrosion in de-aerated acid. Nickel 200 Plates can be hot worked between 649 degrees C and 1232 degrees C. Nickel 200 Plates are utilized in various| variety of applications such as Food processing equipment, Chemical Processing Equipment, Rocket motors, Piping and equipment used in conjunction with alkalis, Aerospace and missile components, and also in structural applications where corrosion resistance is a prime consideration. Nickel 200 Plates have higher impact strength.
Nickel 201 Plates are resistant to graphitization so it can be utilized at temperatures above 600 degrees F. Nickel 201 is used for manufacturing of pressure vessels for service up to 1250 degrees F. Nickel 201 Pipes has the outstanding corrosion resistance characteristics. Nickel Alloy 201 Pipes are low carbon alloys and is not subject to embrittlement by intergranular precipitated carbon or graphite when held at temperatures of 315 degrees to 760 degrees C. Nickel 201 Pipes are the most convenient products for operation in chlorine or hydrogen chloride at elevated temperatures. Nickel 201 Plates are utilized in various| variety of applications such as Manufacture and treating of sodium hydroxide, especially at a temperature above 300 degrees C, Production of viscose rayon, Manufacture of soap, Analine hydrochloride manufacture and in the chlorination of aliphatic hydrocarbons such as methane and ethane, Production of vinyl chloride monomer, Reactors and pressure vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons.
At Bhansali Nickel Alloys our aim is to provide only excellent quality of the Nickel 201 Pipes that are suitable for uses in numerous industries. Some of the tests include 100% radiography, macro/micro test, and flattening test, intergranular corrosion test, chemical analysis and PMI testing.
