Incoloy 825 Welding Wire exhibit superior resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, superior resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, satisfactory resistance to localized attack like pitting and crevice corrosion, superior resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids, outstanding mechanical characteristics at both room and elevated temperatures up to approximately 1000 degrees F, permission for pressure-vessel use at wall temperatures up to degrees F. Inconel 825 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners are utilized in various industries such as Nuclear power plants, Industrial chemical evaporators, Heat treatment furnace parts, Afterburner parts and other components used at high temperatures, Paper mill & alkaline digesters, Chemical processing equipment, Thermo couple sheathing in aggressive atmospheres.

Some of the tests include 100% radiography, raw material test, and flaring test, intergranular corrosion test, chemical analysis and Positive Material Identification testing. We provide certain tests documents with our Pipes and Pipe Fittings that assure the quality of our Inconel 600 Pipes and Pipe Fittings these include Raw Materials Test Certificate, 100% Radiography Test Report, Third Party Inspection Report, Material Traceability Report, Guarantee Letter, etc. We supply these to several cities across the Bahrain.
