Hastelloy C22 Flanges and Forged Fittings have excellent immune to a wide variety of chemical environments, resistant to wet chloride gas, and chlorine dioxide solutions, excellent resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as ferric chlorides, resistant to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and therefore suitable for many petrochemical process applications.
