Nickel 200 Plates possess outstanding mechanical characteristics and corrosion resistance. It also has exceptional resistance to caustic alkalis at different levels and atmospheres. They also have high corrosion resistance in de-aerated acid. Nickel 200 Plates can be hot worked between 649 degrees C and 1232 degrees C. Nickel 200 Pipes are utilized in various| variety of applications such as Food processing equipment, Transportation of chemicals, Synthetic fibers, Piping and equipment used in conjunction with alkalis, Aerospace and missile components, and also in structural applications where corrosion resistance is a key consideration. Nickel 200 Pipes have higher impact strength.
Nickel 201 Pipes are resistant to graphitization so it can be used at temperatures above 600 degrees F. Nickel 201 is utilized for manufacturing of pressure vessels for service up to 1250 degrees F. Nickel 201 Plates has the excellent corrosion resistance characteristics. Nickel Alloy 201 Pipes are low carbon alloys and is not subject to embrittlement by intergranular precipitated carbon or graphite when held at temperatures of 600 degrees to 1400 degrees F. Nickel 201 Plates are the most convenient products for service in chlorine or hydrogen chloride at elevated temperatures. Nickel 201 Plates are utilized in various| variety of applications like Production and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at a temperature above 300 degrees C, Production of viscose rayon, Manufacture of soap, Analine hydrochloride manufacture and in the chlorination of aliphatic hydrocarbons such as benzene and ethane, Production of vinyl chloride monomer, Reactors and pressure vessels in which fluorine is generated and reacted with hydrocarbons.

Hence, we conduct various detailed testing on our Pipes before final delivery. Some of the tests include 100% radiography, macro/micro test, and flattening test, intergranular corrosion test, chemical analysis and Positive Material Identification testing. We deliver certain tests documents with our Pipes that assure the quality of our Plates these include Raw Materials Test Certificate, 100% Radiography Test Report, Third Party Inspection Report, Material Traceability Report, Guarantee Letter, etc. We deliver these to several cities across the Ecuador.
