Hastelloy C276 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners have excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking and oxidizing atmospheres up to 1900 degrees F. Hastelloy C22 Pipes and Pipe Fittings have outstanding resistant to a wide variety of chemical conditions, immune to wet chloride gas, and hypochlorite solutions, exceptional resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as ferric chlorides, resistant to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and hence ideal for various petrochemical process equipment.
Hastelloy Filler Wire is commonly used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Welding Electrode is suitable for overlay and cladding of steels when enhanced resistance to corrosion is required. Hastelloy Welding Wire offers excellent corrosion resistance in many harsh environments and has superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance.
