Hastelloy C22 Pipes and Pipe Fittings have superior pitting, stress corrosion cracking and oxidation resistance up to 1900 degrees F. Hastelloy C276 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners have outstanding resistant to a wide variety of chemical conditions, immune to wet chloride gas, and hypochlorite solutions, outstanding resistance to strong solutions of oxidizing salts, such as ferric chlorides, resistant to grain boundary precipitation in the as-welded condition and hence suitable for various chemical process applications.
Hastelloy Filler Wire is commonly used in ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 and B626. Hastelloy Welding Electrode is ideal for overlay and cladding of steels when enhanced corrosion resistance is required. Hastelloy Welding Electrode offers superior corrosion resistance in many harsh environments and is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
With the expanding requirements of Hastelloy C276 Round Bars, Plates, and Fasteners, across Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, we fabricate Bars that offer outstanding durability, accurate formability and dimensional accuracy. Hastelloy C22 Pipes and Pipe Fittings have excellent resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments including ferric and cupric chlorides, solvents, chlorine and chlorine contaminated both organic and inorganic, formic and acetic acids, seawater and brine solutions.
Hastelloy C276 Flanges and Forged Fittings are used in a variety of applications like digesters in the paper industry, sour gas equipment, desulfurization equipment, evaporators, mixers used in sulfuric acid environments, sulfuric acid reactors, equipment for processes utilizing halide or acid catalysts,pharmaceutical, waste water treatment, and food processing equipment, etc.
