Inconel 601 Fasteners Manufacturer & Supplier

We at Bhansali Nickel Alloys are a trusted Inconel 601 fastener manufacturer in India. These fasteners are made from a nickel-chromium alloy designed to withstand high pressures and elevated temperatures. The main thing about Inconel 601 is its good oxidation resistance, which comes from high-aluminium content. It forms a protective layer on its surface to stop the metal from peeling away or rusting when exposed to high heat. We make these products using top-tier raw materials that we get from reliable sources.

Inconel Fasteners

Apart from being tough against heat, these fasteners are also mechanically strong. They do not snap easily under pressure. We manufacture our Inconel 601 fasteners according to ASTM B166 and ASTM B168 standards. Our infrastructure is full of modern machines that help us cut, thread, and finish these fasteners to exact sizes. You might find more affordable options, but our reputation is built on the fact that our products do not fail when the temperature climbs. We serve many industries where safety and durability are the only things that matter.

Types of Inconel 601 Fasteners

We provide the following fasteners to ensure your assembly stays together under the most extreme conditions. Each type serves a specific role in industrial construction.

Inconel 601 Fasteners Equivalent Grades

Different countries and organisations use different names for the same metal. The 601 fasteners are recognised worldwide by their standard equivalent designation as UNS N06601 and their Werkstoff number as DIN 2.4851. This table helps you identify Inconel 601 across various international grading systems to make sure you are ordering the right thing.

inconel-601-bolts

Inconel 601 Bolts

These are the most common fasteners we sell. We make hex bolts, heavy hex bolts, and eye bolts. They are designed to be used with a nut or a tapped hole. Because Inconel 601 is hard, we use specialised cutting tools to ensure the sharpness and cleanliness of the threads. These bolts stay tight during vibration or high heat.
inconel-601-nuts

Inconel 601 Nuts

A bolt is only as good as the nut that holds it. We manufacture hex nuts, lock nuts, and dome nuts. Our nuts are made to fit perfectly with our bolts so there is no gap in the threading. This prevents the fastener from loosening over time. The high nickel content ensures the nut won't seize onto the bolt, which is a common problem with lower-quality steels.
inconel-601-studs

Inconel 601 Studs

Studs are basically rods with threads on both ends. We provide fully threaded studs and double-end studs. These are often used in high-pressure piping or for mounting heavy equipment. They allow for even tension across the joint. We make sure the length is precise so they fit into your flanges or engine blocks without any trouble.
inconel-601-washers

Inconel 601 Washers

Washers are used to spread the load of the bolt head or nut. We make plain washers, spring washers, and lock washers in Inconel 601. They protect the surface of your parts and stop the fastener from digging in. They also provide extra resistance to corrosion at the point of contact.

Manufacturing Process of Inconel 601 Fasteners

Our manufacturing process of Inconel 601 fasteners starts with choosing a good round bar or a wire rod. We cut these into smaller pieces called blanks. For many of our fasteners, we use a process called forging, where we heat the metal until it is soft enough to shape but not so hot that it melts. This makes the internal grain structure of the metal much stronger than if we just machined it from a cold piece of steel.

Once the shape is there, we move to the threading stage. We use CNC machines to cut the threads. This is where we pay a lot of attention. If the threads are off by even a tiny bit, the fastener might fail. After threading, the fasteners go through heat treatment. This step is what gives Inconel 601 its final strength and its ability to handle high temperatures. We also clean the fasteners to remove any oil or metal bits. Some customers want a specific finish, like a polished look or a dull coating, so we do that last.

Quality Testing & Inspection for Inconel 601

Every batch of Inconel 601 fasteners goes through a series of tests to check for hidden flaws or weak spots.

Certifications & Compliance Standards

We make sure our fasteners meet the rules set by global authorities. The list given below contains all the certifications and compliance standards that we hold.

Packaging, Delivery & Export Capability

At Bhansali Nickel Alloys, we understand the importance of packaging. We wrap our fasteners in plastic or bubble wrap before putting them into sturdy wooden boxes. This keeps them safe from the salt air when we ship them overseas. We export to many countries and have a team that handles all the paperwork to make sure your order arrives on time.

Applications & Industries Using Inconel 601 Fasteners

These fasteners are used in places where standard stainless steel would melt or fall apart. Because Inconel 601 stays stable up to 1250 oC, it is a favourite for heavy industry.

Thermal Processing Industry

We supply bolts and studs for furnace muffles, retorts, and tray components. The fasteners hold the internal structures together even as the temperature swings up and down. They do not get brittle, which means the furnace can run for a long time without needing repairs.

Chemical Processing

Chemical plants use many acids and high-heat reactions. These fasteners are found in heat exchangers and evaporator tubes. They resist the corrosive nature of the chemicals and the heat of the reactions. This stops leaks and keeps the plant running safely.

Aerospace and Gas Turbines

Jet engines and gas turbines generate a lot of heat. Fasteners in these machines must be light but incredibly strong. Inconel 601 is used for exhaust systems and turbine seals. The ability to resist oxidation means the metal won’t flake off and damage the fast-moving parts of the engine.

Power Generation

In power plants, especially those that burn coal or gas, the ash and heat can destroy most metals. Our fasteners are used in ash handling systems and superheater tube supports. They handle the abrasive environment and the high thermal load without losing their grip.
